Happy Independence Day!!! Enjoying a little red, white and blue treat to commemorate the day.
Nothing like Customer Appreciation Day at @endurenutrition_ct !!! Love the theme and this shake, Skuttle’s Dinglehopper, is yum-oh! The homemade peanut butter protein cups are for another time…in the freezer they go!
Muffin Monday! This is a alternative muffin recipe to the typical ones I’ve been making for my family using protein powder from #herbalife . I wanted to give a try using almond flour instead and found a recipe in which I added some other ingredients, including #flaxmeal (Shhhh!) and fresh strawberries from @jonesfamilyfarms.
TGIF!!! Started my morning chopping veggies and rinsing beans to make a Cowboy Caviar for a couple parties this weekend. This is such a great appetizer for summer meals! And for some, you might have it as your main dish!! A little apple cider vinegar marinade, let this get happy in the fridge and then serve it with some tortilla chips or other hearty cracker and you’re good to go!!! This dish is definitely a favorite in my family. Hellooooo summertime!!!!
Feeling good this Saturday morning! After thinking I didn’t lose anything this week, I got on the scale for a surprise .4 lbs down. I was just so happy to see even the smallest amount I lost validates what I was able to accomplish this week!
